Pretty much always over on Protein count and use whey protein regularly as well, but you may have a point with the vitiams, am looking into that thank you :smile:

Tried this about 3 wks ago as my trainer suggested overtraining and not getting enough rest between to benefit... but Yes it still the body stuck to 70.8kg

I love ZUMBA it's a fun way to get moving..It does depend on the instructor...not all instructors are equal. It seems some are afraid of being adventurous and not to confident the moves so stick to the same old, same old. If you can get one that really mixs and uses latin american ie. salsa, chacha etc with some swing it's…

I chose my excercises on what I enjoy doing, It should be fun, mind stimulating and involve what will keep you motivated to do it. Over the years my programme has changed regulary as my tastes and what I enjoy have changed, At mo I do RPM, I love anything with loud motivating music that gives me rythum.

While your sleeping you body is still working and you do burn calories over 500 calories, while you sleep (8hr sleep pattern). It would seem that regular good sleep routine helps with weight regulation. . .in a good way
