Well I have had 48ozs. not including 16ozs. of hot green tea, and its not even been a half of day for me. I did the same thing went out of town for the week never exercised not one bit ate donuts, pizza all in moderation of course came back home and lost 2lbs. crazy but it worked.

WOWWWWWWWWWWW!!!! thanks for the info. you really encouraged me I am 48 and I had over 114lbs. to lose I have lost 46lbs. and really was concerned if I could get my stomach in shape not like I was at 15 but toned at least. And if I understand correctly you had just as much weight to lose and it can be done. Is this right???

I've been taking Raspberry Ketones for the last 2 months and to be honest I have not noticed any difference and to me just a waste of time and money. Hope this helps!!!

Yes I am losing inches in other areas and I drink over 8 glasses a day usually. I have no problems with constipation. @ Macromouth Thank you for the comment, I actually started out with a 47 waist in March so I have lost but I have been stuck and only have lost 1/2 inch since July. but I have actually lost 9 inches on my waist, do you think it could be my fiber intake isn't enough??

Thank you all for your encouraging words and @beecuzz I started eating healthy and exercising March 26, 2012. I am losing lots of inches almost over 40 inches, just coming off very slow in the aggravating gut heeheee :)

Totally agree with Grubb you really need to focus on strengthening the skinny fat that you are having issues with. And it does sound as though your body is trying to tell you it's not healthy because of what you shared on here. No harm intended just concern for your health!!! I would suggest as well to find another doctor.

Jessica if you are 5'8 and 115lbs or even wanting to be 110lbs. I really don't think that is accurate for your height unless you are trying to be a model. I am 5'6 and my weight should be 135lbs. I would check into it you don't want to damage your body by going to low on your weight.
