Thank you for sharing, cause I started in March as well 2012 and I workout 5 days a week usually 11/2 - 2 hours a day and have lost 59 lbs. in the same time frame, if you lose that much weight you must be doing something much different than what I am doing.

To be honest I really don't think you are wanting a healthy way of life by looking at your diary you are starving yourself and you really need to get some counseling.

Yes you can lose 12 lbs. and safely, I never starved myself and you can look at my diary just this last month I have lost 11 lbs. with a lot of exercising at the gym 5 days a week. I don't plan on doing that next month but I will do it it gradually.

Great advice Stephanie I had 104 lbs. to lose and I took it 10 lbs at a time as well. I am almost to my halfway mark. Congratulations on your 85 lbs!!!!!
