I need to ask all of you who have done the Whole 30 - which supplements are necessary? I'm thinking I would need some calcium as I'm eliminating dairy but what other supplements do you recommend.

Starting today!!! I've been procrastinating but I know I have to do it. There always seems to be an occasion (birthday, vacation, etc.) that I postpone my Whole 30 for. But no more! Today is day one! Did the black coffee already and it was ok. Usually have cream or milk. Who wants to make it a go today???

I love walking when it is cooler outside and the leaves are crunching under your feet. Plan on a lot of walking and outdoor time.

Thanks for your suggestions. I think I will eliminate them and add 1 in at a time every few days. I really hate to give them up completely, but I may have to eat more food with them, maybe fruit or something similar. Thanks!

Definitely cheaper and make your grocery shopping faster too - spend a few more minutes in the veggie section, but don't go down all those other aisles unless I know there is something specific I need. No packaged food anymore!!

I'm not a huge looser (yet) but am working on it too - I'd like to loose about 40 lbs. I good piece of advice I've heard is to make small goals along the way - that way you feel great and want to move on to the next goal. I am trying a 5 lb goal at a time. Going to give a big woo hoo after each 5 lbs.

Yup try more protien - should have some at every meal. I'm actually a napper after dinner also, however I SIT (slouch) on the sofa and just lean my head back a bit. About 20 - 30 min. If I lay down I'd be sleeping much longer. This position lets me just get a quick nap.

I'm in too please. I regularly wear a pedometer but haven't been so good at doing my 10,000 a day lately. This will definitely be incentive.
