November Step Challenge

Options
Challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!

It's easy to join - Just post here to begin!

You will need a step counter to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

    I am in. We will be walking in Germany for 3 weeks and I'll be able to post while I'm there. hope that I can get in 10K average if not more.

    Just what I was looking for!
    I am using FitBit and have some little challenges at work when it comes to steps, but I am definitely looking for some group motivation!

    I usually do 10k steps one day a week. My average is usually 7k. Yay!

    I'm in again..I'm going a bit lower this month as I'll be going back to work and am at a desk most of the day..goal of 250,000 steps..

    I'm up for it. Why not? It's going to be more challenging to find exercises since I like outside activities better. :) It's a great way to do it by challenging yourself ^^

    October has been a bad month, my worst so far - I've not even managed a 10k per day average.

    So, same goal for November - 465,000 steps (daily average of 15000)

    I'm in too please. I regularly wear a pedometer but haven't been so good at doing my 10,000 a day lately. This will definitely be incentive.
