LOL Yes!! There are cat scratches all over my floor mat because my kitty thinks he can stretch with me. Cute, but sometimes he can get in the way!

I do a little bit of both. I log what I want to eat that day and then I correct it as I go if I have to change something. My planning doesn't always line up with what I'm doing that day! I don't submit it until the end of the day though.

I often have greek yogurt with raspberries and a little bit of honey.. string cheese with crackers (kashi brand).. I also like popcorn with some dark chocolate.
