Um, what are MTE & QFT?
-
Wow, the response has been overwhelming! Thank you!
-
Thank you! I get frustrated with the slowness of it sometimes, especially when I read some incredible success stories! But I have finally got in through my head that as long as I am moving towards my goal, I am happy :-0

Thanks everybody - I'm feeling the love!

Oh thank you! I feel very humbled :-) Inspiration is a very strong word!
-
Thank you!

Mine are before and during - still 11lb to go to HWR. I love that I crave exercise, and that I feel sexy in my new small jeans :-)

Haha, yep Im a kiwi girl - no lbs over here! I try to use imperial terms on this site whenever possible, but I like my kgs on my ticker! I do exercise: Tuesday 1 hour BodyCombat Wednesday 1 hour BodyJam Friday 25 mins HIIT on treadmill, then 35 mins of a toning/cardio circuit devised by the gym trainer Sunday, same as…

Aww thanks everyone :-) I am MUCH happier!

It does get better! I remember the first time I realised my thighs weren't rubbing together when I walked - it was weird after hearing it/feeling it for most of my life!
-
Thanks for that, I like the look of 25% except my body wont look like that! I have the mummy pouch on my stomach! I will check with my trainer when I am there this week to see what my last reading was
-
just under 5'7" & 174lb
-
I am currently 172cm and 79kg. I think my last body fat percentage reading was around 31% - I have another check up in 2 weeks
-
Any other info out there?
-
Anyone?
-
I can't remember my last gym assessment outcome, I guess I will wait until my next one on the 25th and see what my body fat percentage is.

If I go by that method I should only be drinking just under 2 litres a day - might drop it down a bit! Yes I know all that, my weight has been up by 4 1/2lbs for over a week now. I weigh myself every day to see how different exercises/foods/routines make my body react. Something of an experiment. I have been losing weight…

Yep I weigh each morning naked, after the loo. I need to get to 74kg to be in my HWR, I am currently 2kg above my lowest from 2 weeks ago. I am peeing more, but it's not making a difference on the scale. My sodium is within the limits set by MFP...

My official WI is on a Monday night, but I like to see what my body is doing throughout the week. I didn't over do it with booze. I don't usually drink but my in-laws were with us for 4 nights and I had a max of 2 glasses of wine each night. My last drink was Saturday night, and it's now Friday - usually by booze bloat…

I do WW, but here in NZ we have our own website. I have been doing it for 2 years, and have lost 29.1kg (about 64lb). Its not as amazing as some of the WW success stories, but it works for me and I still get to live a life outside of watching my eating & exercising. Happy to be an email buddy :)

Mine was a cardio day - BodyJam class. Lots of squatting involved this week though!
-
I tried to fit this in with my normal workout, and the 30 day squat challenge I am doing at the moment. So I did: 3km run 30 pull ups 50 push ups 100 squats 50 shoulder presses 100 step ups PHEW!

Halfway between an elephants penis and the fats and oils an average American eats in a year....Woah! Aiming for a newborn calf :-) Also, I have lost 2 of my 2.5 year old daughter, which is just insane - how did I carry all that around???
-
Im in :-)

I started on WW and joined MFP later for added support. On WW I have lost 65lbs, and really enjoy the programme. I think the reason some people find it a bit simple is because they do the points part and thats it. There is a lot of fantastic science, thinking and 24/7 support available on WW, and I personally think it is a…

Ill vote for Monday since thats when I weigh in anyway (NZ Time though!). Not fussed if its teams or solo - either way is fine :) I think I sent you my CW, but just in case I am 175lb

Hi! Im Aleisha from Wellington, New Zealand. I am 28 and live with my hubby & our 2.5 year old daughter. I started my weight loss journey in May 2011 at 108.2kgs (238lb) and currently weigh 79.5kg (175lb) so doing ok with around 63lbs down, and between 12 & 20lb to go (not sure where I want to get down to). I am 5"6 (and a…
