i love the ideal shakes. The chocolate tastes like chocolate milk, and since i cant drink milk any more i absolutely love it. hey hun, you need to eat denser cal. foods. peanut butter is a great way to sneak some in, as well as any kind of nut or bean. you really should up your cals. you may loose weight, but you not being healthy about it. were you have such a small goal you should loose between .5-1 lbs a week. try up'ing your cal intake to…

thank you. i do walk about 30-40 mins a day going from class to class back to the room. i never thought of that as being active i just have to do it lol.

i broke my ankle at age 9 sliding into third base during soft ball. since then i broke it at age 13 also playing softball then at age 19 hiking ( i almost stepped on a rattle snake and fell of the edge of a small ledge.) i have had bone density tests on that ankle, the doctor says that it is weak, but thats not uncommon…

there is,but its hard to go to the gym when i have 18 credit hours and finals coming up. i know im making excuses, but that is the truth, but i have a pool at home and will be doing that when im not working my two jobs. thank you for reminding me that that i wont hurt myself in the pool :)

I am starting it today also... I'm I college so calorie counting is hard to do so I thought maybe this would help. I could also use a buddy since my boyfriend does nothing but eat ( and weighs 140 lb)
