Hi all fitpals out there.......have decided to trial the 2 day diet. would love to hear from other fitpals out there that are doing this or have achieved some success with it. anyone local in the South West??? need some fitpal buddies to keep on track. debbie

    I am starting it today also... I'm I college so calorie counting is hard to do so I thought maybe this would help. I could also use a buddy since my boyfriend does nothing but eat ( and weighs 140 lb)
