I love love love mine! It's amazing. Well worth the money. I like how it will also give you a sleep accuracy reading. I always thought I was sleeping 7-8 hours, but realized when I got it that I wake up often which is why I feel so tired during the day.

i burn on average 2460 calories a day just from running around and and being a mom, and I aim for at least a 1,000 calories deficit which seems to be working because I'm losing about 2 pounds a week
