I can relate. I went through the same thing when I was trying to loose weight and thought "What's the point if I'm not showing results" but don't give in, I lost 55 kg over 2 years. It takes a while but you can do it. If someone like me can do it, who has club feet and hated himself (or what i had become) and had low self…

Who cares what other people think, what matters is you are eating healthy and what matters is what YOU think of yourself. So congratulations, work place morning teas and lunches are a huge temptation. Besides, what kind of a colleague doesn’t check your dietary requirements first?

I'd bring a male gym partner along, or try joining the female only gyms.

I remember getting in so many arguments with my parents when I weighed 135 kg (85 kg now) they were worried about me but everytime they brought up my weight and how worried they were, I thought they were having a go at me and picking on me. Your sister is just concerned and loves you. You'll get there with her and everyone…

I tell these lazy "I want results now" people if I can loose 55 kg, anyone can. I don't exactly have the highest self esteem, felt like giving up way too many times and have club feet which limited what I can do but yeah, we don't need these fix quick solutions. Anyone can loose weight.

I watch TV.

For me it was just "I can't loose 55 kg" full stop. Luckily I proved myself wrong as well and now weigh 83 kg.

Lies I told myself was the same lie I posted on profiles online- That I just had "Afew extra pounds" I was in denial, which was why I didn't even try loosing weight like I should have.

I've been there, not literally on the floor but I almost gave up heaps of times. But when I did a voice inside me told me to just give it a go or try something else and I ended up loosing 55 kg. Anyone can do it. As for bullies, I found the best revenge is sucsess...

My grandmother called me fat, I think old people just don't have the same sensativity that we have because they come from a different time. But I wasn't dieting then, so it would have put me off. But on the bright side I lost 55 kg and 3 years later before she passed away I went back to Scotland (she is in Scotland) and…

Hi there, I was once in your shoes. I weighed 135 kg and I would get to a stage where I no longer lost any weight and felt like giving up but something inside me pushed me and told me to keep going. I am glad I listened to that inner voice because I now weigh 83 kg, love life and love myself. I no longer hate myself and am…

To drink 9 cups of water. No one has explained to me how that will make me loose weight.

I lost 55 kg but looking back on it, I was in denial. I was 135 kg and thought I just had "A few extra pounds" but I also didn't have a very high opinion of myself.

Hi mate, good for you. As long as your burn it off in the Gym treat yourself every now and then. As long as it isn't every day. diets are meant to be broken occasionally.

If I don't take the flower will i go to hell? ;)
-
I would as long as they didn't keep trying to convert me. I just wish we could all get along, religious differences shouldn't be such an issue.
-
Yes but children should have the right to decide if they WANT TO go to church or not without being forced to by well meaning parents.
-
Oh yeah and my dad is an atheist and mum is a Christian. It does work out and some Christians would date outside their religion.
-
Wow what intolerance. One day he will get over you and find someone who won't put their children through that. I think the poor guy deserves better, sorry but that's just me.

I have Milo cerial, just 115 calories per cup so I can have two cups, yay :)
-
Time for a few drinks then!

Finally, someone else who knows the truth. There is no evidence drinking 8 cups of water does anything to loose weight.

Hi Jordan, I have wheat bix for breakfast (it's Australian but I'm sure there's something similar in America) and it's only about 200 calories for 4 biscuits. But then there's milk. It's still good and I throw in some blue berries. As for lunch, Australia has weight watchers microwave lunches. they are good and of course…
