Marcos look good. Monitor and adjust. If you are gaining more than .5 every 3 weeks, add 200 calories of cardio. If you are losing more than .5 lbs every 3 weeks, add 25g carbs/day.

A few people I know have gotten good results on BB. If you love it, do it! I personally think there is no substitute for heavy compound movements which BB does not have. Decent results will come from BB. If you want the best results, I would do a strength program.

yes. If you are untrained you can add muscle at a caloric deficit. Your bf% is probably going down. Either get a bio impedance scale or get your bf tested at something like fitnesswave at regular intervals.

Choose to eat back or not eat back. Weigh yourself everyday for 4 weeks, take a weekly average. Compare Week 1 avg to week 4 average. If your gain is greater than 1 then do the opposite.

Carbs are not needed to survive. So eat your fats and proteins and whatever remaining calories in your budget can be carbs.

If you have been keeping carbs low, you can gain alot. Glycogen storage. When I carb loads, I can gain 10 lbs + in <24 hours. Goes away after a few days. Just carry on as you were.

Great work on getting this far! I agree with others. Lift heavy *kitten* weights. You will not look like a bodybuilder. Building lean mass is the best way to increase your metabolic rate which will help you keep the weight off, forever!
