I don't really go to the gym. I should to switch it up. I think that,jogging,exercise tapes,and eating healthy works. But yeah I don't love it yet. lol

We started off weighing the same. That's cool. Yeah I lost my 30 pounds before this website. I am trying to lose at least 80 more and keep it off. I never want to reach the 200s again. Good luck to you too. We got this.

Thank you so much. Good luck in your journey as well. Yeah I have been eating better. Haven't went to a fast food place in over a week. Going to keep that up. Trying to stick as close to my calories as possible and exercise. I been feeling sluggish lately still. Idk what's going on with that.

I am over on sugar and protein everyday. The sugar setting must be really low! A bowl of cereal or ice cream sandwich puts me in the red! I be like DAMN! BUT just worry about SODIUM,PROTEIN,ETC.

I have not logged many times due to guilt. But it made me feel worse. I try to log as accurate as possible daily. Reading this thread and the comments has helped me. We all struggle with this journey. Start logging everything.

Please start doing strength training. Your whole body tends to build muscle. In other words tone it up girl. You will notice a shape. And you may lift your bum- :)

Wow. Lol. This sounds very weird. I would stop going to that gym. It must have been really bad. You took the time to smell and scope every detail. My intentions are not to be rude. Try to just eat what you like but fit it in your calorie goal. The best way to me is to eat seven things you like a week. Once a day that is. Just make sure it is a snack or somewhat healthy meal. Workout more if you want to cheat more. Do your workout longer or everyday. Hope I helped.

Simply measure your food. Measuring supplies are a great investment. And exercise more. Try at least 4 to 5 days a week! That should fix it right there. Also try to eat out only once a week. Give those things a try for two weeks and see if you see a notice. Hope I helped. :)

You really only are suppose to use 30 minutes of your day to workout daily. That's the minimum.. You have to get a workout tape or just tell your husband what it is you need.. I know nothing about strength training. I took a fitness class over the summer that told me it was important. My school has two to four big weight training rooms. I just go in one and do one to two reps of everything I see. lol. I know that's bad. Idk wth I am doing.

Yeah. I am seeing that you have to track. I stopped for two weeks and gained seven pounds. It will take me three months to lose that much just about. So I have to start tracking. If I do that and exercise I won't gain. Even if I don't lose as fast as I think I should. You have to remember that you are getting rid of years…

I would prefer wedged heels or flats with a inch on the heel. But if I must wear heels they range from 2-4 at the most. Anything higher would make me fall. I have before. Smh. I am 5'8 and it makes me look almost 6 flat. My sweetheart is like 5'5. Not a good look for me to tower him any more than I already do.
