Easiest thing: Eat only one scoop of every side item. One piece of ham and/or turkey. One piece of dessert. Also,drink lots of water. One is my majic number. You can't fail. Then just go back to your normal life.

I think it depends on the person. What may look nice on me may not look as nice on somebody else,vice versa. Big breasts don't make you look bigger to me. Just full. Everything is about you. Go out when you are ready. If you want to accomplish something first then do that. Over time you will gain more self control. As for your friends it really doesn't matter. Once they see you are serious they may understand more. Hope I helped.
