Yep it is pretty simple. I eat kettle popcorn 100 calorie bags, dark chocolate 2 pieces or 1 depending. Most importantly though weigh everything, get a scale.

I have savory oatmeal every morning made with an egg, tomatoes, green onions, spices, sausage, some cheese and a tiny bit of sourcream and salsa on top. so good and filling.

Lost down to around 218 last year from 275 pounds but got side lined with an ankle injury and a knee injury and a vacation. Started again after a gain back up to 253 pounds. Currently down to 237 pounds. I have arthritis in multiple joints and need a couple of surgeries but still exercise.

I make a savory oatmeal with seasoning grilled green onions, tomatoes, and sausage crumbles and some cheese. I have been adding an egg to it lately. I usually top it with some salsa and a little bit of sourcream. Yum. I can live on this and have been eating it for over a year now this way.
