I know how you feel girl!!! im a salt craver too. Especially potato chips. So I do let myself have them, but I dont eat the whole bag...I actually measure the 50g out and savor every last chip. Seems to be the topic of the day. Ive just always added people when theres been a request. If after a while theres not communication, then I would delete them. Its not a competition to see how many friends we can get, its the quality of the friends that you want.

I allow one a week for those indulgences I know I shouldnt have....but I dont cheat the whole day, its just one meal of the day, and in my case is usually dinner.

its very important. I cant drink it unless I put crystal like in it. One packet is usually too sweet for me, so I divide it into either 2-3 bottles of water. Just enough to give it some flavor. But yes, its very important to drink your water.
