This is my second time being in the program. The first time I did it for about 6 months and had great results but I quit due to the stress of losing my brother... this time around I seem to have other issues that are holding me back. I guess the stress of not losing weight. I’m stressed about being stressed. :/

It says for my settings my suggested is 1980 a day, but I usually only get around 1500-1600 a day.

I work at a busy Healthcare revenue cycle service center.... I get 30 minutes for lunch. I am still adjusting the the lifestyle and my routine. It's only been a month hopefully I will be able to figure out what works for me soon!!

My starting weight was 200. I am only at 187 right now but I have lost more inches than anything! I also have lost 2 pants sizes. That's what the scale said but then I got back on it a few weeks later is had went back up. I don't own one so I barely even get on one.

Yeah the 8 pounds is what I think I lost but I feel like it has just been put back on, if that makes since? I have hypothyroidism so I know it's like extra hard to lose the weight but I am gonna keep trying, just hope I don't fall off.

I am in the same boat. It took my doctors almost 3 years to finally diagnose me after I was gaining weight nonstop. They finally diagnosed me when I was 18. It has been so hard to lose weight with this problem. But I am not giving up! I am also going to mention my new lifestyle when I go to my endocrinologist check up next…
