Hi I have a fitbit one. I'm Carly 28 from Essex. Log into fitbit and MFP daily. I've lost 29lbs and have 10lbs to lose before being in a 'healthy' range of BMI. I really do love my fitbit and get frustrated if I forget to wear it! Feel free to add me... www.fitbit.com/user/2QJFDX

You're doing great on your own. I know its not the same thing but I get this at least once a month with smoking... People just come up to me on…

Fitbit one! Has really helped motivate me to move more. I actually get anxious if I forget to wear it now! Well worth the money x

You've just given yourself the answer in your question... Listen to your body. Your not eating enough calories. I am also 5" 1 so I know the healthy BMI for that height is 97.9 lbs - 132.3 lbs. So your well within the healthy weight range anyway. As everyone else has stated you need to tone. Not lose weight.

LOL I shouldn't laugh because that's such a horrific thing to say but he must have seen the funny side of it!

Lets be honest, no one will ever post a picture of them crying or looking sad. It's just for show. I'm sure you have had good times before but don't feel the need to post a picture of it or 'check in' everywhere you go. I actually think the people that feel the need to do this where ever they go or what ever they do have a…

Tescos have a good range of sushi now, filling and low calories, your doing really well. It's really hard to stay motivated when you have been doing it for a while! But making little changes to your diet will last in the long run. Tea instead of coffee, sweetener instead of sugar etc. The Weatherspoons at Liverpool street…
