My goal for this month is to avoid candy, chips and soda. I have also committed to taking the stairs at least once a day. Lets do this!!

I'm going to revolt against people deciding my actions. I'm going to make my own decisions as to what and how much I'm going to eat. I will do what I like and want to do and forget about what anyone else thinks. :drinker:

I like the idea of 2,013 miles in 2013. But I'm going to aim a little lower. 2,013 km in 2013. 168 km in January. Mostly biking. This is my first challenge so if I'm able to do it, I'll maybe try doing 2,013 miles instead of km. (fingers crossed)

I'm going to take the stairs at least once a day everyday till the end of January. Easy and achievable. Hope this becomes a habit by then and I continue it forever :)

did it!! i was in the mood of ditching my workout today. thanks to you i did burn those calories! :D :) it was tiring and fun. will definitely bring in kickboxing to my workout routine now!

just had a salad with boiled mushrooms as one of the main ingredients. it was super spicy and super delicious. not to mention very healthy. doesnt sound that appealing but i swear it was good! :D

i'm 18 5'5 Heaviest 178 CW - 132 GW - 121 UGW- anywhere between 110-115 i eat around 1200 cals a day workout 4-5 times a week no clue of my body fat % :( would be fun to have a partner :D

I've lost 44 pounds till now. Cant believe it! I am at my last 10 pounds. I'm starting insanity tomorrow so I hope that helps drop off the pounds and tone me up a little as well. Lets hope I can drop these pounds before a wedding in February. I want to wear something sexy!
