Does it really return to normal? It is very frustrating. Interestingly enough, measurement wise, my arms and legs have continued to decrease...but the belly did not as it usually does.

Serving sizes should equal a whole sleeve....who can eat any less? I usually freeze them to get them out of sight and eat less. Even more dangerous is thin mint ice cream. My favorite dessert, icecream combined with my favorite cookie, just cruel!

I am with you! I could probably lose 10-20 pounds easy if I gave up the wine at night and weekend drinking. I have started eating better and working out, and losing weight SLOWLY. You would think for my health and weight loss journey, I would give it up, but no. Oh well, at least I am having fun losing weight slowly…

Good luck saving the gall bladder. I lost mine a few years back and it is miserable in terms of digestion issues...I know you know what I mean. I wish I had known at the time that diet change was an option to potentially save it!

Have you tried Big Lots or a $1 store or some kind of other discount place? You can get big bottles for a lot cheaper. Just keep an eye on your expiration dates, they are usually cheaper because the packaging is damaged or they are closer to expiration.

I have the Cooking Light 15 minute 5 ingredient cookbook. It is awesome. Everything is quick to make and doesn't take a ton of ingredients so they are pretty cheap to make too. You have to be selective though to make sure stuff has flavor. Because of the minimal ingredients, some can be bland.

I love the fun title. I had a pretty successful first week. I worked out 5 of 7 days, including my crunches! I also did pretty well on the veggies. I was a C-Section and they scheduled it for a Friday that the doctor was in so my dad could be off for the weekend to help. It happened to be leap year and about the time I was due. I am a big 7 1/2 years old.
