Recovering from ankle surgery
I am 10 weeks out from ankle surgery and finally got to take off my cam boot. Any suggestions for easy exercise to get back in shape but won't involve any heavy weight, force, or flexing on my ankle. I am hoping to do more than walking and I cannot swim to save my life.

Jawbone UP not registering Elliptical steps?
Does anyone else notice that their jawbone up does not register their elliptical work out as steps? Not sure if something is wrong with my band or if that is normal since it is a fluid movement different than a "step".

Holy cow, I can eat all day!
Sad it has taken me this long to realize, if I eat good for me foods and work out....I can eat all day long! Never need to go hungry if you make good choices. Great epiphany for the new year!

I bought bulk edamame and need creative ideas for seasoning it. I have done garlic salt so far but need more options. Something spicy would be good!

How does insanity work?
I see a group of folks doing the Insanity work out, but how does it work? Are you expected to work out every day or are there rest days? Is it all cardio, or does strength get incorporated in?

I like some occassional flavor outside of plain water....any suggestions for some low cal drinks? I am not really into the adding crystal light or other powder type stuff into my beverages or diet sodas.

What to do if you hate eggs?
What are good breakfast ideas if you are an egg hater? I prefer not to eat bacon, sausage, etc because of sodium so am I out of options? Grab and go ideas are even more helpful if you have them.

Net calories by day or week that counts?
So I tend to undereat during the week when I am extra good and pack good for me foods in my lunch, don't go out, exercise lots, and don't drink. But then on the weekends I tend to cut loose and enjoy myself. Do my net calories for the week matter, or must I behave every day?
