I see a group of folks doing the Insanity work out, but how does it work? Are you expected to work out every day or are there rest days? Is it all cardio, or does strength get incorporated in?

it has one rest day a week.....there are several different work outs, plyometrics, power and resistance, pure cardio, recovery, and even a fit test you do a couple times. Its hard but a great workout. Its mainly cardio in the sense that you are constantly moving and getting your heart rate up, but you're doing losts of pushup type exercises and ab work that there is defintely strength training in there.....the good thing is you only need the DVDs and a small amount of space and no weights or anything0
