Recovering from ankle surgery

I am 10 weeks out from ankle surgery and finally got to take off my cam boot. Any suggestions for easy exercise to get back in shape but won't involve any heavy weight, force, or flexing on my ankle. I am hoping to do more than walking and I cannot swim to save my life.

Buy an aqua jogging belt . It will keep you upright in the water. Then you can walk/ jog in the pool without weight bearing, it will also help with ROM. Make sure you get clearance from your doc. Good luck! I'm approaching two years since I had ORIF surgery on my ankle! There is definitely a light at the end of the tunnel!0
