  • I have the same problem and I am 3 months out! My nutritionist said to stop eating when feel full, DO NOT get to the point of pain, that is when the sleeve is stretching. Just take your time eating, when you feel full then stop... Good luck, feel free to friend me..

  • I love my Syntrax unflavored protein, I put it in my water/crystal light also and that helps me get my protein in during the day. Good luck!

  • I never got sick eating any foods. I did notice that lately I am able to eat a little more and I tend to eat faster. At almost 3 months I need to focus on eating slower.

  • Just keep doing what you are doing and you will see a drop! I had a good loss last week but this week the scales have not moved. Hoping by Monday I will see a change. Keep your head up!
  • I add unflavored protein to my water (and crystal light). 1 scoop is 10 grams of protein, I usually have about 3 scoops a day! Also, eating tuna at lunch helps. Good luck!

  • I was sleeved on 12/10/2012...things have been going pretty good, ready to get to the soft food stage. To update you protein, go to My Home, Goals, change goals, check the second option to manually update. You may need to play with you percentage to figure out the percentage. Good luck!

  • I had my surgery on 12/10 and my stomach is back to normal...But like she said earlier...walk...it helps the gas
  • I was 263 pre sleeve, had my sleeve on 12/10/2012... lost 13 pds preop diet...now a total of 26... You will need to exercise even if it is just walking, it does help. I am hoping I can starting working out more soon, I would like to see how it help with the weight loss!
