drink it because you like it not because it could "help" with weight loss.... i drink all teas all the time... I will say this though plain tea has helped clear up my skin haha

That's what i do!!!!... well sort of... all week i stick to my onehundred calorie snacks then at the end of the week i have something sweet and replace my something sweet with meat... so if i eat carrot cake i won't eat meat all day that day

i'll join but i don't count really considering the fact that i really don't drink haha... the last drink i had was in June the one before that was on my 21st birthday last year.... i literally drink once a season if that haha

I learned that it's not so much what you eat... its when and how much!... try eating all your meals before 9pm everyday and watch your portion sizes.... that's what's been helping me... don't look at healthy foods like they are the plague because in all honesty some foods that are good for you sometimes taste way better…

yes I was following like a strict diet.... I would only eat certain things and would shy away from what I really liked but once I realized that it was my portion sizes and not what I ate I started eating what I would normally eat again

This is what helped me... I am more of a snacker especially because of the job I work at so small meals helped me with the craving curbs.... plus I take sleeping pills because I have severe insomnia
