Now, unlike before, i do not think about what i can and can not eat... and because i really don't care what goes into my mouth I have stopped trying so hard to eat healthy and I am just doing it on my own.... is this natural?

I'm kind of confused as to what exactly you've started doing on your own. If you don't care about what you eat, that's up to you, but I don't see why you would do that. If you mean that you've stopped following restrictive diets, then that's a positive thing.0

yes I was following like a strict diet.... I would only eat certain things and would shy away from what I really liked but once I realized that it was my portion sizes and not what I ate I started eating what I would normally eat again0

I think it is extremely healthy when you get to the point that you're really changing your habits and no longer dieting! kudos! just keep tracking n make your macros : )0 -
A lifestyle change doesn't include cutting out the things you love. where there is a will, there's a way.. to keep everything you like in your life and still be healthy and lose weight.0
