Fat Burning foods

So first of all, there's so many questions... and so many good opinions to learn..
What are your opinions of good/bad carbs and good/bad fats... there are fat burning carbs and fats and obviously, your fat gaining ones no matter what the quantity.
I firmly believe a larger amount of say... eggs that equals to a higher cal. or carb ratio than say... a small bundle of potato chips... is still better for you. May sound like an obvious statement. Honestly, and what may seem obviously.... some things are just better for you.

Well okay so I've done some reading myself...

    http://www.helpguide.org/life/healthy_diet_fats.htm

This was some good information on found on the topic of good/bad fats although most just confirmed what I had already known.
As far as fat-burning carbs.. I don't entirely agree with all of what I've read and soon got bored. Hah. So again I'd probably say the obvious... potatoes, anything very "starchy", and grains is best to limit or avoid.. Even those ones that say "whole-wheat" are not that good for you at all. Instead eating sprouted wheat bread is much better.
