I just tried something different this morning in my egg white omlet and added shrimp. It was pretty good.

I use mushrooms, red peppers, salsa and add a little pepper jack cheese.

I read the same thing on green tea. I don't like hot tea so I made ice tea out of it and have been drinking it for about 6 days not really sure if it's doing anything for me yet. I will post more when I drink it longer.

My cramps use to be really bad before I started my weight loss, but since I started exercising and drinking more water there not bad at all. I did't know if it was the increase in water or exercise.

How did you guys make it through it? I made it about 7 mins and couldnt go anymore. Then the next day I could barely move my legs.

I like morning time the best, gives me energy for the day. If I work out at nite then sometimes I have a hard time falling asleep.
