Miles Today: 3 Sept goal: 50 Miles so far: 4 I had intended to do all the miles in the "4 Mile Power Walk" DVD but DH had misplaced his phone, with his morning alarm set, so I kept hearing this intermittent beeping that totally drove me crazy. At first I thought I was just hearing it from the upstairs. Then I thought maybe…

I try to focus on my breathing. I'm such a dofus about holding my breath or not having the proper rhythm that I find it to be not only a necessary focus point but it also has the side bonus of distracting me from whatever else I may be doing.

Today: 2/60 Total: 7/60 Today was side planks. 1 minute each side and the minute was divided like this: 15 sec just plank / 30 seconds with twist / 15 sec just plank. No break between the planks other than whatever time it took me to drag my body into position for the other side.

My son is 22 months... I started at 218 after the birth of my son (gained 60+ while pregnant not counting baby and his baggage) and I'm currently 158. I'd still like to lose another 15 but I'm mainly focusing on toning and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Feel free to add me.

Awesome job! Keep it up.

Around $500/month for two adults and a toddler. Including home food, eating out (once a week usually), other household items (soap, paper products, cleaners), stuff for my son (diapers, milk, etc.). We don't eat a lot of pre-made meals (bag dinners, tv dinners) and I tend to spend more on products that my son eats. I also…

1. Start coffee 2. Pee while coffee is brewing 3. Change into workout clothes I'm amazed by the number of people who don't pee at all. Or are they just embarrassed about it? lol

Two cups (8oz range) with half&half and 1/2 tsp of sugar. I don't typically drink anything else with caffine during the day. I consider it to be my morning "dessert".

Morning. I wake ( 5 or 5:30ish), do a few things and then workout at 6. I usually have a cup of coffee and a slice of toast with peanut butter beforehand and eat breakfast after. I've found that I'm able to maintain energy better if I have a little something to eat before. Too much food, I feel woozy. No food, I feel…

Hello everyone. I'm Roxanne, mom to a boy a few months shy of two. Right now I'm mainly focused on ridding myself of the mom jiggle (still there after losing the 60 pounds I gained from my pregnancy) but I would not turn my nose up at losing a bit more weight. You'd think with all the chasing my son around I do, fitness…

I get up at the crack of dawn and get it done before my son wakes. He also likes following along (at least trying to) with aerobics so it is easy to keep him entertained with that if I do it after he is awake. :)
