It could be I suppose I am not to great at figuring that kind of thing out. They did blood work but I have the army's medical care. So it's not too prompt sometimes.

Ya they told me keto is not a great idea but is sending me to a dietitian for something they think will still help me lose weight without having to well pass out.

i got some non dairy ice cream caramel chocolate <3 I wont be having any today though i over did it on that cheese cake and hurt my stomach lol it is veeeeery rich

I been looking up all kinds of things already for treated I tried diya cheese cake it was indistinguishable from the real thing it was so good now I dont want to eat all junk of course but I am eating into it with say Amy's pad thai and some mock chicken

I plan on doing this with love and kindness which I feel the true soul of vegan is. I don't want to have animal products in my life at all. Plus he is very worried about the cost

I have been doing the 1 meal at a time thing so far breakfast but I think I'll do a meal prep to make a no brainer :)

Thanks that is my biggest concern that he will think I am going to change him. It's more of a personal thing. I want to leave less of a foot print as well which will effect him but I figure I can ease into it
