I usually eat after zumba...if I eat before I usually eat at least 2 hrs before...bec food in my stomach makes me sluggish

everyday ..no breaks.....todays was my second day ...i have never been this sore ever.....but i have heard d results are fantastic an its jus 25 mins so worth all d soreness.....

I wear a heart monitor and I found that if u log zumba under Aerobics-high impact...U get almost the same calories....only a diff of 5-10 sometimes...so i log it under aerobics-high impact.....

yeppp...my sister's wedding is in december...m goin back to my home country and want to surprise all my folks that once plump is so fit today....hahhah...n i think zumba is so much fun that i'l stick to it....coz m jus loving it...even if m sore I dont care n put my dancing shoes on...

the best way is to take a supplement....n its not dat expensive....u'l find one in amy supermarket or rite aid...try it....dat will be d best

I usually plan and log in my meals early morning . I thnk it gives mre a better idea of how much m eating and hence I can reglate my intake better

I am 5'4...m currently 162...new to MFP and my goal weight is 125-130.....fingers crossed.:smile:

eatin sprouts is a good way of increasing protein...if u hav a indian store nearby try to get black gram, green gram sprout them and eat as a healthy breakfast or lunch time salad.

Its total fun ...i have also joined it recently. 3 classes and i love it.....its fun way of burning calories and at d same time enrgising u too...if u love music u wud definitely luv zumba...even if u r not a big dancer ...jus move with ebody...and have a blast....

hello...i have also just joined MFP...I have put 15 pounds in last six months and i was always overweight and finally i have my running shoes on and very motivated to lose the extra weight that I have piled on.....Lets all do it together and help each other . I have started zumba and 1200 cal diet. Fingers crossed....
