you can eat the quiches, pizzas hot or cold (my kids do anyway) as long as they are not frozen maybe take them out freezer the night before and maybe savoury muffins as well for lunchboxes :)

banana muffins, berry muffins, mini vegetarian quiches, homemade pizza, and scrolls apple and cinamon or a favourite in australia cheeseymite scrolls (cheese and vegemite) hope this helps its what I usually make for my kids school lunchboxes

air popped popcorn, or I put the corn kernals in a brown lunch bag fold the top over and cook in microwave, no need to add butter but becarefull do in small amounts like a handful of kernals as they can burn fast
