trying to eat enough calories

I have been on mfp for bout 10 days and seem to be under my calories my ideal amount is 1500 but I am only consuming approximetly 1100 -1200 a day. I am not feeling hungry and eating sensibly but always under, I just did my tracking for the day and still have about 400 odd calories to find somehow

    Eat a couple tablespoons of peanut butter

    lol ok as I am trying to break "old habits" and trying to make a lifestyle change I don't want to load up on icecream, chips ect that are full of fat
  • I had the same problem when I first started - try and add more calorie dense foods into your diet (avocado, olive oil, nuts, peanut/almond butter, full fat dairy).

    Bananas are another food that's packed with calories. It's crazy how we need advice on how to eat more huh?
