You should not feel ashamed at all! Starting out a new program will make anyone tired. Keep at it - in 2 more weeks you will be surprised how well you are doing! When i first started exercising i would do 20 min - - now i can go 120 mins!!

def. up your resistance on the bike -- i had the same situation and have now upped my resisitance on all my machines for cardio - it has realy made a difference in the caloire burn becuase it gets my HR up!

i chose my goal weight based on what i remember looking like at that weight. yes that is what you should do - I always eat back my exercise cals - i am at 1200 cals a day too. & i have lost 26lbs since January!

i am 36 and just last night a lady at the gym freaked when she heard i had a 15 year old daughter! She said she thought i was 19!

"5 days a week. 30 mins eliptical/treadmill and 25-30 mins weights. That's just me though =) " Me too - - and I have heard you are supposed to do weights every other day - - but is that just if you are in to serious body building? I feel like doing the weights everyday works for me...
