In my neck of the woods it about double the price for the carton of egg whites verses buy whole eggs and seperating them. What I tend to do is scramble a whole egg with one egg white and then in the same pan I'll scramble just the yolk and give it to my dog - she loves it.

Plain greek yogurt. I'm trying to avoid artificial sweeteners and the fruity flavored ones are way to high on sugar. I'm trying to get used to the sourness. My blood pressure pill has a diuretic in it so normally I only drink 2 - 3 cups a day. Since I've been logging it make me more conscious of it and I'll have 6-8 cups. Good thing we have two bathrooms in our house:drinker:
