Wow that's a fantastic loss! I'm trying to lose the 2 of the 4 stones I lost which snuck back on over the last year. Feel free to add me if you want to share motivation.

Hi Brengild, I had one last year at 32. Best thing I ever did (now, not at the time). If you want to talk, add me and I'm all to happy to share my experiences. Xx

I kind of have it the other way round. I'm as good as gold at home but struggle in the week in an office full of McDonalds and cake eaters. I'm a trainer so there's always a stash of biscuits talking to me too :-/

Ditto. Anyone can feel free to add me. I'm always up for a bit of mutual motivation and I like chatting to new and interesting people. I'm also trying to post more :-)

Ditto on the lesbian front. I'm up for some motivating friends :-) V x

So you're looking for support with smilies? :-) I'm in Blighty too, feel free to send me a friend request if you like.

I'm here for the long haul too. I like the idea of mutual challenge and support. I've deliberately not set a weightloss goal. I just want to keep going until I'm happy. I think I'll know. I really would like to be a UK 14 (US 10 I think) and able to run 5k. Let's do this! :-)

Thanks both of you! xo

I'm from Manchester, England.

Hi there, You can both count me in too. I'm new to these boards. I downloaded the ap on my iPhone 10 weeks ago and have lost 20lbs but I'm stuck at the moment and it's not shifting. I'm up for some mutual support and encouragement. I've found it so easy to use. I love it!
