What got me thinking about the BEFORE or AFTER thing was i thought i saw on tv this one time an experiment ( one of them discovery channels or something) where someone took there blood work before they worked out and then ate and then another day they took there blood work after…

i eat light in the evening i save my "heavest" meal for lunch. However i do like that idea of maybe just a banana or an apple before working out to get rid of the dizziness only sometimes i have it tho. I wondered what was best as far as calorie burn or that doesent matter?

I dont know if you have a Giant Eagle store where you live but i get 'plainville no salt added turkey breast" in the deli there it is $12.00 a lb but "its my health" so ill spend my money on what i want :) Love the idea of doing a fresh turkey up and slicing yourself. You can freeze it to.
