As far as I remember, my BMI has always been Overweight. So, this morning when I entered my weight I was surprised to see it say "Normal". I rubbed my eyes to make sure it read right. I am thrilled!!! MFP and support of the community has really helped. (-:

Technically its kind of a scale victory, but earlier even when I lost 10 lbs, my BMI was never normal. So this really makes me happy, and motivated.0
