Be honest with yourself! Don't deprive yourself just account for the calories and you'll be fine. I've lost 40 lbs slowly over a total of a few years and kept it off eating ice cream everyday!

Thanks for the tips everyone. Slow cookers are great for some people but I personally have never been a fan of the food cooked in them.

I gave up overeating pretty much. I still eat things I love.. which aren't all healthy choices, I just don't eat 3000 calories worth of those things any more.

Could be heartburn? Sometimes, for me at least, I get heartburn which can easily feel like my stomach growling.
