I ate so much yesterday and loved every minute of it. I'm also not going to beat myself up or workout more than I normally would to make up for it.

Use in salads where you'd normally put mayo or sour cream.

Peanut Butter and oreos have the stupidest serving size of all time. Along with mayo and salad dressing.
