Another Bacon Question

My bacon pack says that 3 (15g) cooked slices are 70 cals. If I only cook 2 slices down to 15 g would that still be 70 cals?

Yes - if 15g is 70 calories then no matter how many pieces you actually have if it is 15g it is 70 calories. This is why weighing food is the most accurate. Unfortunately in this case the difference is not in your favor...

No! The weight is for UNCOOKED food. Weigh the bacon and then cook it.

Thanks everyone!! I do weigh my food it makes counting so much easier. I was just confused on why the label specifies 3 slices and then says 15g as well.

Because each slice will weigh slightly different. The assumption is that a slice is 5g, but it might be more or less. I use the 100g values, then weigh all of how much ever I'm using together. It's always uncooked weight, unless specified. So 15g if cooked bacon does not have the same calories as 15g of uncooked.
