How much do you trim your meat?

I love boneless skinless chicken thighs but I'm worried that I'm not trimming off enough fat. It says there are 160 calories for 112g but does that assume that I've trimmed all the fat off?

    I usually cook it with fat and skin and trim after.

    I'm a bit clueless about what kind of fat you can trim off chicken thighs. I typically don't see any? Otherwise, I just trim all the fat I can with chicken breast and beef, because I don't like it anyway.

    Just a tiny bit decades ago...

    Seriously though, not at all. There seems to be very little fat on chicken.

    <insert obligatory double entendre>

    I don't trim the fat off meat at all. It's too damn tasty for that.
