  • maybe your body is too used to the same exercises ....try a bike ride or go take a hike on a tough terrain.....I have always been told that if you hit a plateau to ......up the amount of exercise by just 5 to 10 min...and have another glass of water!
  • Don't give up....their is always upper body low impact aerobics that you can do while sitting on a chair.....Just cause you have an injury does not mean you need to give up on yourself......I have a 9 herniated discs in my back...walk with a cane and have a 10# lifting limit......come on ...you can do this....we will do it…
