I did my very first push ups in my whole life yesterday, I could only do 3, but it was an awesome NSV!! Great job!

My SW was 270, my CW is 250, and right now my goal is to be the weight I was in high school, which was about 200-215. My ultimate goal is 150 though!

I cannot click on the link but I am assuming that the diet plan you are referring to is the 3 Day Military Diet.... If you were planning on doing it for any type of long-term results it will not work. However, with that being said, if you are doing it for something specific in the short-term it might help. Personally, I tend to graze at night time, and never healthy foods. So i eat about 500-600 calories for breakfast, then a light lunch, and dinner, and healthy snacks inbetween. I've found that doing this keeps me on track. Knowing that I don't have any calories left, curbs my nighttime candy treats.
