My fave is a app called veggie bars made with pillsbury crescent rolls, the only thing that needs to be cooked is the crescent rolls.

Watermelon has a lot of sugar in it, was told by my Registered Dietician. Can't eat it anymore as I'm diabetic.

Thanks everyone :happy: It's official I can't do Zumba, I did 20 minutes on Friday and my right hip started hurting again. On Monday my self and my mom are going to start the Hasfit youtube videos and see if they help, and now I can't weigh myself on Sunday as it's that time of the month. :cry:

Add me to the list, I'm 5'4 and 250 lbs, I did lose I think about 10 - 20 lbs before I started here but I have gained :( I'm also diabetic and I want to get off the meds!!! Add me as a friend if you want.

My weigh in was this morning I gained 1 pound, last week I gained 7 pounds cause of TOM but lost 2 on Wednesday and gained today. I hate diabetic meds so much right now.

Well I will weigh myself on Sunday to see if I have lost weight. Today I don't feel as hungry or bloated, yesterday was horrible.

I think I found out why, it's that time of the month, I was wondering why I felt so bloated this week and hungry.

I read somewhere I can't remember is to put your calories to where your goal weight is, like me my goal weight is about 135lbs so I entered that into a calorie calculator and it gave me 1652 calories a day. Maybe try that.

Well currently I'm 235lbs right now I would like to get to 135lbs, hopefully by November 2013 as I'm going on my very first cruise. I would be very happy to reach the 200lbs mark. My short term goals are to lose 10 pounds by the end of September, and get off my type 2 diabetic meds.

I have the Wii Fit as well as The biggest loser, love the biggest loser my legs look much thinner. I also have the xbox kinect ans boy does that work up a sweat and gets my heart rate up. I use the Wii Balance Board as my scale.
