I just started getting back this site and lost 3.6lbs since Monday. I've been planning my meals and punching them in before eating them to make sure its worth it. I am a huge snacker..love my sweets :-) so I've bought some 90 cal snacks and skinny cow ice cream sandwiches (which are so good!). Drink LOtS of water it helps…
