  • i havent yet. i do the workouts at home.. so i have been doing the pump and burn, hard core abs and now on pump and shred. the shred is kicking my butt. :laugh: but i love it!!! i can feel my body changing!
  • took this entire weekend off was celebrating my birthday and got a little sick after going out so missed two days... now time to push back into it. I missed it and so glad i have it waiting for me at home. At least i still had my shakeology to help me.

  • I have just started the push phase and the scale doesnt show much but the clothes show alot. You wont see much on the scale but keep pushing... I too have added cardio afterwards. I do turbo jams after the strength with CE three days a week...good luck and keep going.
