  • 6 weeks today :) ... still have to wait until the 19th to get my blood test results back and get a referral for a midwife consult. Another 6 weeks until I get a scan, to check for the heartbeat and abnormalities, it is going to take forever.
  • Hey everyone, Jus wondering if anyone has any symptoms yet? I had sore boobs but I woke up today and felt normal ... I'm so scared of miscarriage and having that one symptom was reassuring. Especially because I don't get my first scan until 12 weeks. How does everyone else feel? How do you ignore the worry?
  • Congrats ladies! October 7th for me, I only found out on Sunday and have a doctors appointment tomorrow :) I have lost 40kgs over the last 18months and am going to need to keep using MFP to make sure I don't eat more than I need to. I wont be adjusting my calories on here until I speak to the doctor ... I'm so nervous and…
  • WOW! Well done. Very inspiring results.
  • Like the above poster mentioned. Fast Days are great for breaking a plateau .. it worked for me and I'm loving it. Two days at an attempted 500 calories each. I also added HITT to my exercise repertoire and have never felt better :) Upping my calories didn't really work for me, but confusing my body with 2 low days per…
  • Im loving Avicii and Imagine Dragons at the moment ... really catchy :)
  • Well done! You look great! :)
  • Aussie here! Living in the Northern Territory.. Started off at 117.9kgs now at 82.2kgs still got 13 or so kilos to go but would love some Aussie friends! :)
  • You are so rude. Pop out of your small town, small minded bubble.
  • Gorgeous! Congrats! :)
  • Yesterday I did my last day of level 1, I will check my measurements tonight and post them. Hopefully after 10 days I have some noteworthy results. I actually did a 4.5km walk, then a half hour personal training session and then 30DS, I thought I would be wrecked after PT, but being so warmed up actually allowed me to do…
  • I love all of the second circuit and all of the ab moves throughout. Maybe its because my body isn't warm enough yet, but the first lot of cardio is always hard and I especially hate side lunge arm raises in circuit 3.
  • Thanks so much for your input and the time you took to look at my diary, I will definitely cut out the bars and low carb sweets. Since writing originally, I have swapped skim milk for cream, but I did see online that almond milk was on the acceptable list. I will try this week without it though and see if it makes a…
  • Maybe I was reading an old version. I am a member of another low carb forum and was told that caffeine, as well as too much cheese can hold up weight loss. I think I'm just seeking answers as to why I haven't lost any weight on induction yet. Its probably a good thing I give up anyway, as I will be planning on getting…
  • Good post! Thank you, and well done :)
  • I have been on induction for the last 4 days and have only lost 300grams, or 0.6 of a pound. Its so discouraging. It could be because its TOM and I'm retaining water, but I just thought that doing this challenge in combination with Jillian Michaels 30DS that I would achieve good results? My diary is open if anyone has any…
  • Day 3 - Level 1 done. I do all advanced moves apart from pushups, but I did take a rest in circuit 1 cardio yesterday so my aim is to do it without a 5 second rest today.
  • I'm totally in, I'm also doing JM's 30 day shred. After 2 months travelling and then surgery I need to get my mojo back. 30kgs down, 19kg to go. Hopefully the next 2 weeks of phase 1 will go smoothly. Good luck everyone :)
  • I did day 1, level 1 today too. And I forgot how much I hate lateral raises .. Oh boy those were tough! I'm also not as fit as I thought I would be, which was disappointing, but hopefully time will change that. :)
  • I have just completed day 1 of level 1, as I didn't log on here and see that we will be doing it mon-fri. But I'm glad I did, otherwise it would have just been a day of slacking off again. I will also be logging in metric measurements as I can't keep up with the conversions. Start weight: 87.7kgs Waist (at the smallest…
  • Hi everyone, My name is Jess and this is my second time doing the 30 day shred. I loved it last time and did it all in 30 days in a row. Over the last year I have lost 31kgs .. Although I think I have put on 800g this week due to eating everything in sight. I have just had surgery on both my legs to remove varicose veins…
  • Amazing! Such an inspiration, I love your approach, attitude and dedication. You look hot as! :)
  • I am planning on September 1st .. I've called it Shredding September on my calendar. I've completed it previously and got good results .. so I'm keen to join in! :)
  • I completed this a few months ago but would love to do it again to see where my strength is at after all this time. I'm in! Although I have leg surgery next week so will be a late starter.
  • The best results I have had are from switching my diet to low carb and higher protein. I also got good results from C25k. Maybe you could try either of those. Reducing sodium and increasing how much water you consume will also help. I dont understand why people even bother replying if they arent going to be helpful. Good…
  • I take Vit E & C, Magnesium (as I get muscle cramps), bioflaviniods and rutin (I have varicose veins), krill oil, and zinc (for my skin). And Lemon Juice with warm water in the morning :) Everything else including lots of protein I try to get from food.
  • Congrats! . Have sent a friend request as we are the same age with very similar goals. :)
  • No, I havent heard of Purne Juice. Prune Juice I have. All I did was give my opinion to the OP, and my personal experience with the product in question. If I wanted a list of the consequences of laxative abuse (which I doubt 7 teabags causes) then I would google it myself. I don't understand why on these forums people feel…
  • We will see ... As I said, I wasn't regular before taking the tea (to a point where it was very uncomfortable) so it won't be any different to before. The 'temporary' relief has been well worth it for me personally.
  • Im actually on my second week of SMT and I really like it. Its only one tea in the morning, which is really nice and a 'colon cleansing' tea every second night. The ingredients are listed and I really like the colon cleanse tea, as it helped me become more 'regular' after incorporating so much more protein into my diet. It…
