skinnygeekwithin there. Feel free to add me. I have the garmin forerunner 15 though. When that dies, I'm thinking of looking into the garmin vivosmart hr

I did end up going with them. So far, I'm loving it. Very clean and lots of machines available!

2.5 and new to league play! Loving it though and I love the sport!
-
I'm new-ish to tennis and USTA leagues. I'm a 2.5 but loving every minute of playing! I have about 50 or so more to go to get to my ideal weight and I know that will help improve my game once I drop the weight.

Hello and welcome Randi! I don't check in as often as I should but I'm still around! There should be a Buffy Bootcamp. That is an awesome idea!
-
Good luck to you! You can do it!
-
Same here!
-
I need this in my life!
-
Welcome and glad you found this group!

Fantastic job with the 30 down! That's wonderful! That's basically what I'm trying to do, work on eating healthier and logging everything! What type of work outs do you do with your trainer?
-
I've not heard it in place of cardio, but I try to do 2-3 times strength training per week. I try to do cardio at least 5x and that method has really helped with my weight loss! Good luck to you!

Welcome everyone! I'm still active but have a hard time remembering to check in with the group! Ack! Great job so far guys! I will try to make a point to be more active with this group again!
-
My shiny friends! I am always on MFP but for some reason always forget to check in with the groups! Hope you are all doing well!

You had me at wibbly wobbly, timey-wimey! And love your Sherlock ticker as well! I agree with the others.. In the morning, nekkid, after potty. I also have my "official" weigh in on Wednesday but I do weigh myself every day too.

I am numb! So much went on last night! I spent the entire episode with my mouth hanging open and now my tmj is acting up today! LOL

I signed up for a Tennis Clinic at the YMCA on Thursday night. They also have one on Saturday morning. It should be a lot of fun. I'll post about it after I do it!

Nerd here too! With a list way too long to say but here are a few of my favorites... Buffy, Doctor Who, Sherlock, Firefly, LOTR, Harry Potter, Supernatural, Red Dwarf, Star Wars. I also like going to cons and collecting lots of geekery, and playing PS3 and I used to play WoW.
-
I'm going to go with a little of both. Cardio really is the obvious choice, but you also have to consider that you MAY have to wrestle or fight for food.
-
Hey there! You have the same thing I do (AntiPhospholipid Antibody...) My veins are shot too. Not only am I on lifetime coumadin but also compression stockings to prevent swelling. I hate the stockings but I know I'd be miserable without them.
-
Totally agree! Sweat means you are working hard! I just got back from a run/walk this morning and already at 7:25 I'm "glistening" too :)
-
Go you! You look so amazing! You are a rockstar!
-
