I'm 2 months postpartum. It's a struggle but just do what you can...the craziness of having a newborn won't last forever!!! I do T25 right now bc it's about the best I can do...but Im hoping to get back to my long jogs and lifting. I'll add you!

Bad carbs make you fat...not all carbs...eat clean and natural. The less chemicals, the less processing the better. =)

Idk if you cook but if you do you can make your own. Look up recipes for low carb bread/crust. (oopis bread is great for this and super easy)...use low cal pizza sauce and a turkey based meat (Ground Turkey, turkey sausage or whatever) add all the veggies you want and fat free cheese. I'd say to look up any workout routine that will work your pecks in more than one direction. Muscle tone will be your best bet for keeping them supported naturally.
